Ranching can take a toll on the body, and at times it takes a toll on my own. I'd been suffering from chronic back pains for months, until I stumbled upon an unlikely remedy in my own kitchen.
It all started when I noticed a box of gelatine on my countertop. Out of curiosity, I studied the box, and what I read made me pause. Apparently, gelatine could be good for back pain – but how could that be? Well, I was willing to try anything to ease my aching, so I decided to give it a go. I took 2 teaspoons of the gelatine powder twice a day, and in just a few days I felt a remarkable difference. After a week of daily doses, my back felt nearly as good as new. I was amazed!
But the miracle didn't end there. I realized that Panadol cream contained the same active ingredient as the gelatine powder, and I began to use it to treat my pain on a regular basis. The cream provided longer-lasting relief than gelatine had, and pretty soon I was able to go about my days of ranching without an ounce of discomfort.
I share this story because I want to share the mystery of gelatine and how it relieves back pain. I was skeptical at first – but it worked for me, and I hope it helps anyone else who is dealing with chronic back pain. I'm not a doctor, but my experiences have proven to me that gelatine, as well as Panadol cream, can provide effective relief. Give it a try, and see for yourself. Cowboy Jack approves!
